🌨 Snow Day/Week:
The kid was sick on Monday, went to school on Tuesday and has been home for the rest of the week due to the storm/Easter weekend. On the bright side I was able to finish a short story and hand in my final essay, so not having to leave the house for the majority of the week turned out to be quiet beneficial.
💻 Work Stuff:
No work this week. I spent my time finishing up school work and being a stay at home dad.
🤪 Fun Stuff:

I am looking forward to this movie. It looks like My Name Is Bruce, but with a higher budget.
📰 This Week’s Headline:
Apparently Elon Musk decided he wanted to buy Twitter. I can’t tell I’d this is a PR stunt or not. So far Musk hasn’t done much that I am interested in: I don’t want to go to space. I don’t want to buy a Tesla. I don’t want one of his flamethrowers or tunnels. Free speech is great, but Twitter is already a toxic cesspool overrun by bots. I don’t see how he is going to chagrin that.
I have some thoughts:
📺 This Week’s Watchlist:
Helstrom (Disney+): We have been watching much TV this week. Mostly kid friendly stuff that makes me. This is another one of those Marvel shows based on a character most people would never have heard of. In this case it focuses on Damian Helstrom (The Son of Satan) and his sister (Sat)Ana Helstrom. I’m on the fence about it, but so far I like it better than Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.
📖 This Week’s Reading List:
The Comic Book Guide for the Artist - Writer - Letterer
This book is actually a very valuable resource for anyone wanting to learn to draw comics. I wish I had access to this in the early 2000s. It would have saved me a lot of time showing me want I needed to use instead of my trial and error method. I got a Kindle version for around $6. I highly recommend it.
The Bride Wore Black by Cornell Woolrich
This book was a pleasant surprise. By chapter three I was addicted and have been determined to finish this book by the end of the week.
